Same Tai Tako

Shark versus octopus has been a part of Japanese mythology for hundreds of years. It's made it into American literature, film and was alluded to in an episode of the popular anime series Naruto; National Geographic even managed to capture real footage of a small shark and octopus in this ancient struggle. I photographed this piece in the abandoned asylum as well.
